Dorsey Run Road Shopping Center

Holland Construction served in the design/build capacity on this project … working with the development team to complete this 4-story, Class-A office building that sits atop one of the highest points in Howard County,Maryland. The contemporary use of the glass curtain wall systems makes this the centerpiece of the Route 100 corridor.

The building includes extensive site work and general landscaping to fill between two existing buildings. The structure is a steel framed concrete deck with a curtain wall facade and cavity wall systems. The building interior includes terrazzo lobbies with upscale finishes to highlight this Class-A building.
