Arundel Mills Corporate Park is a 20 acre mixed use, commercial office park consisting of two 150,000 square foot Class-A office buildings, a two-level parking garage, a 128 room hotel, and a free standing day care. The complex is located immediately across from the 1.4 million square foot Arundel Mills Mall and within 5 miles of BWI Airport and 3 major interstate highways. The state-of-of-art office buildings are home to medical facilities such as Maryland Primary Care Physicians, Advanced Radiology, Amerigroup, Chesapeake Orthopaedics, Baltimore Washington Health Services, Phlebotomy Lab, and Horizon Dental as well as to retail components such as Subway, Greene Turtle and Bank of America. The complex is the future home to ITT Corporation’s new
expanded headquarters.

The Holland team completed the shell buildings, which were composite structures – comprised of steel structures and concrete decks, brick facade on cavity wall systems, with high performance band windows, and a TPO roof. Holland also completed many of the complex’s tenant improvements Building I of the complex has reached a LEED Silver rating. The benefits of this design included improved and healthier air circulation, increased natural daylight, utilization of biodegradable materials, raised floor systems and a natural irrigation system. This was the first major project in the submarket to utilize a “Green” design.
