We prepare cost estimates at several phases during the process, while also advising on alternative design approaches and building systems. Holland works with the owner and architect to provide detailed schedules of construction and move-in/occupancy phases. We continually monitor the project schedule, looking ahead for potential roadblocks and developing solutions before problems or delays arise.
Holland also packages work so there are no conflicts between trade contracts. We advise on the list of acceptable bidders, market the project to local construction trades, receive and evaluate bids and recommend contract awards to the owner.
Project staff can be tailored to our client’s needs to include a superintendent and/or project manager to be the owner’s primary liaison.
