Holland Construction served as the general contractor for both the shell building and tenant fit-outs of this neighborhood shopping center. Working closely with the owner during the planning and preconstruction phases, Holland was able to create the development budget as well as perform value engineering exercises to ensure the materials and methods would conform to the required budget. Holland self performed the concrete, wall framing, sheathing, drywall, doors and hardware and carpentry on this project.
