Patapsco Overlook is a well-planned, 55 plus active adult community located in Catonsville, MD, adjacent to Patapsco Valley State Park. The community is developed on 8.5 acres of wooded land, allowing for great views of the park. The project consists of five 4-story buildings with sixteen 1- and 2-bedroom units in each building. Each building includes an underground parking level. Situated in the center of the community is a 1,472 square foot clubhouse with two open patios and a fitness area. Holland Construction Corporation provided pre-construction services and served as the general contractor for this project.
