The contemporary use of the glass curtain wall systems makes this the centerpiece of the Route 100 corridor.
The building includes extensive site work and general landscaping to fill between two existing buildings. The structure is a steel framed concrete deck with a curtain wall facade and cavity wall systems. The building interior includes terrazzo lobbies with upscale finishes to highlight this Class-A building.
