AMERIGROUP, dedicated exclusively to caring for financially vulnerable, seniors and people with disabilities, relocated 180 employees from their Linthicum office to the Arundel Mill Corporate Park. This relocation allowed the employees, who were spread out on three levels, to combine all departments to one level and work more efficiently. This state-of-the-art office has unique architectural features throughout each department including exposed ceilings, contemporary lighting, and upscale finishes. Tenant improvements by the Hostetter team include “huddle” areas, reception area, cafeteria, offices and workspaces, conference and training areas, and the workspace/locker areas for visiting nurses and social workers.
