The new corporate headquarters for the Law Office of Lavely & Whyte, PA will be located in Bradenton Florida. This 4,000 square foot Class A office building will provide office space for paralegals, attorneys and mediators. The use of granites and cultured stone will be prominent throughout the building and will be complimented by high end millwork. While this is a single story building, it has been deliberately designed to provide maximum exposure as one enters the City. High roof lines and a prominent Clock Tower give this Mediterranean style building a significant presence on Manatee Avenue.
Holland expects to break ground on the office spring 2010 with completion planned for fall 2010. Lavely & Whyte currently have offices in Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg. Four of their current employees are expected to occupy the new building upon completion.
