Ring Container, a plastics processor specializing in OEM Thermoforming brought Holland Construction onboard to update their state-of-the-art facility in South Central Pennsylvania. Holland Construction, acting as general contracted, will update this site in two phases. Phase one, completed in 2007, consisted of gutting and remodeling their existing office space, redesigning the warehouse, and installing blow molding equipment and siles. Phase two is currently in the preconstruction and will consist of building a new 100,000 square foot manufacturing / warehouse addition.
