Holland Construction Corporation (HCC) was the general contractor for this 3,000 square feet interior buildout medical office suite. HCC’s scope for the project included new examination rooms, procedure rooms, lab space, offices, employee break room, and the lobby. Drywall ceilings and bulkheads were combined with acoustical ceiling panels to provide additional depth and a better appearance. HCC performed the renovation in an occupied building. All materials were handled through windows. The team had to maintain negative air pressure to assure dust and debris did not contaminate other spaces in the building.
