Holland Construction Corporation (HCC) was the general contractor for this 1,440 square feet interior buildout medical office suite. HCC’s scope for the project included new examination rooms, offices, medical records space, the lobby. HCC performed the renovation in an occupied building. All materials were handled through windows. The team had to maintain negative air pressure to assure dust and debris did not contaminant other spaces in the building.
