Holland Construction provided pre-construction services and served as the general contractor for this 8,000 square foot medical office interior buildout. The finished concierge medical space included examination rooms, lobby/office, procedure rooms, rest rooms and a kitchen. All construction took place in an occupied building which meant all common areas had to remain neat and clean at all times and all building supplies had to be delivered after hours to avoid disrupting the building occupants.
