SARASOTA, FL – March 29, 2010 – Holland Construction has recently been awarded the project to remodel The Robert and Beverly Koski Production Center Campus for Asolo Repertory Theatre.
Holland has already started the construction project, with completion planned for late summer. The project is expected to create approximately twelve new jobs during the construction phase. The Robert and Beverly Koski Production Center Campus is located at 1900 Tallevast Road in Manatee County and contains approximately 45,000 total square feet of space. The architect on this project is BMK Architects, Inc. The Production Center contains Asolo’s Scenic Studio which, when completed, will house production facilities, set building, and the theatre’s vast costume and scenery and prop collections all under one roof.
Holland is known for their construction experience and credentials, having been around for over 100 years. Craig Campbell, Vice President for Holland Construction’s Florida office, states “Holland is very excited that we were selected for this prestigious project. This is the first time we have had the honor of working with Asolo Theatre, a local icon that just celebrated their 50th anniversary in our community. Holland remains very optimistic about construction activity levels and the building opportunities we are seeing now in the Manatee-Sarasota area.”
