SARASOTA, FL – March 16, 2010 – Holland Construction today announced plans for an office building project in Bradenton. Holland has been selected to build the new corporate headquarters for the Law Office of Lavely & Whyte, P.A.
Holland expects to break ground on the office building this spring, with construction completion planned for this fall. The new building will be located just east of downtown Bradenton on Manatee Avenue East in Manatee County, and will contain nearly 4,000 total square feet of office space. The architect on this project is Moore2Design. Lavely & Whyte currently has offices in Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Pete, Florida, with four of their employees expected to occupy the new building upon completion.
Craig Campbell, Vice President for Holland Construction’s Florida office, was instrumental in securing this project for Holland, as he has had a long professional relationship with the law firm. “This is a very exciting project for Holland,” said Campbell. “The new Lavely & White headquarters building will really command a presence in this area near downtown Bradenton. Designed with a Mediterranean architectural style, the building will contain a very prominent clock tower, ensuring the building’s visibility. We are looking forward to getting started on the construction.”
Steve Lavely, principal at Lavely & Whyte, says he selected Holland Construction for the project because of their commercial building experience. “I have known and worked with Craig Campbell for years, and am confident that he will bring his in-depth expertise and knowledge to our project,” stated Lavely.
