Jevon (Joe) L. Holland is President of Holland Construction Corporation. Joe oversees the day-to-day operations of the full-service construction contracting firm including the supervision of all business development, project management, financial, marketing and human resources activities.
Joe assumed the role of President in 2007, after serving as Project Manager and Vice President beginning in 1999. His responsibilities comprise the development and execution of business development strategies in the Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida markets; overseeing the accounting, estimating and bidding divisions; supervising all project management functions such as the selection of subcontractors and managing all aspects of human relations such as the hiring, training and continuing education of employees.
Representative construction projects that Joe has managed are the Arundel Mills Corporate Park, a 25-acre business community featuring more than 300,000 square feet of space and a full-service hotel; Baltimore Medical Systems, a 60,000 square foot medical office building; Columbia 100 Corporate Building, a 85,000 square foot Class “A” office building and the historic transformation of 1407 Fleet Street, a 36,000 square foot warehouse building in Baltimore City.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Sustainability Committee of NAIOP-Maryland and a Board Member of the Fulton Bank – Drover’s Division. He received his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designation from the United States Green Building Council.
